Frequently asked questions
Where do you ship?
We ship free to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated handling is 1–2 business days and transit is 3–4 business days after dispatch: 4–6 business days in total from the applicable processing start date. These are estimates, not guarantees.
What is the order cut-off?
07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed all year. Orders before the cut-off on a business day enter processing that day; later orders, weekend orders and US federal holiday orders enter processing the next business day.
Do you charge tax?
Checkout shows tax of $0.00. This is not a claim that products are legally exempt from tax.
How do I choose a toy?
Check the species, material, dimensions and play style on the product page. Consider your pet’s size and habits. Supervise play and remove damaged toys.
How should I clean my toys?
Use the product-specific care instructions on each product page. Fabric, wood, rubber, rope, cardboard and plastic parts need different care.
Can I return a toy?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Email us with your order number and reason for authorization before sending the return to our company address in France.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for returns resulting from our error, damage or a defect. You pay for change-of-mind returns to France. No restocking fee applies.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact [email protected] with your order reference and a description, with photos where helpful. Opening the packaging for inspection does not automatically disqualify an issue claim.
When will I receive my refund?
After approval, refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider’s posting time may vary.
