30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization before sending your return. Our return address is Utylitek, 106 Route Des Grands Pres, 74370 Metz-Tessy, France. Include your order reference so the return can be identified.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, with photographs where helpful. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution with you. Opening packaging to inspect an item does not automatically disqualify a claim for damage, defect or an incorrect item.
Who pays return shipping
Utylitek pays return shipping where the return results from our error, damage or a defect. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including the cost of returning the item to France. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider's posting time may vary. Contact [email protected] for help with a return or refund.
