Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not deliver to US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All eligible orders receive free standard shipping.
Processing and transit
Handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Combined estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start date. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order cut-off
Our cut-off is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and unaffected by daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day enter processing that day. Orders at or after the cut-off, on weekends or on US federal holidays enter processing the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Shipping charges and taxes
Standard shipping is $0.00 for all eligible orders. Checkout shows tax as $0.00; this does not mean products are legally tax-exempt.
